Big Barn
The big barn has eight foot walls and a second floor. Access to the second floor is by a set of stairs placed in the inside corner of the building. The base building comes with four windows, a steal walkthrough door and a set of our double doors in the end of the building.

THE STANDARD FEATURES ARE:
- Cement blocks for leveling.
- 2×6 pressure treated floor joist 12 inches on center, placed on 4×4 pressure treated runners.
- ¾ inch tongue and grove plywood floor decking on both floors.
- 2×4 studs 16 inches on center.
- T1-11 5/8 inch thick, exterior grade pine siding. With groves 8 inches on center.
- 2nd story floor joist 2×10, 12 inches on center for 16’ wide buildings or 2×12 16 inches on center for 18 foot wide buildings.
- A wall, three feet from the back of the building to support the 36 inch stairs. The stairs have a corner landing and a four foot knee wall at the top.
- 4 vinyl windows 2 feet wide by 3 feet high.
- A steel walk through door and our standard 5’ 6” double wooden barn doors
- Rafters 16 inches on center
- Eave vents and ridge vents
